Parenting is the toughest job in the world. That's why Family Service & Guidance Center offers a range of programs and presentations designed to make raising children and teens less stressful.


Parenting: Because kids don't come with instructions

parenting resized for social mediaReduce your stress, increase your confidence and feel more in control as a parent while building a happier, healthier relationship with your children.

This class will be offered via Zoom video conference so you can attend on your phone, tablet or computer in the safety and comfort of your own home. A link and password to the class will be e-mailed to registrants each Tuesday no later than 4:30 p.m. 

The class will meet eight consecutive Tuesdays from 5:30-7 p.m.: March 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30; and April 6, 13 and 20.

Real World Parenting Conversations

Parents are invited to free monthly converations that provide practical information and real-world help for raising healthier, happier children and teens. You'll even have the chance to ask your questions and get tips and advice from our presenters.

The Real-World Parenting Series is presented to parents and caregivers in the comfort and safety of their own homes viz Zoom videoconference. A link to the presentation will be sent to registered parents no later than 5 p.m. the day of the presentation. Registration for each presentation opens about two weeks prior to the event and is completed through Eventbrite.
