Why should you make a gift to Family Service & Guidance Center?

"because every child deserves a happy childhood."

Thousands of children and families right here in our community have the opportunity to work toward happier, healthier lives because individuals like you make tax-deductible gifts to Family Service & Guidance Center.

Here are examples of what your gift can do:

  • A $25 gift can take a group of Youth Development Program children on a bowling or mini-golf outing where they can practice important social skills like taking turns, expressing emptions appropriately and making friends.
  • A donation of $50 can underwrite an FSGC Art Night, allowing our young clients to show their creativity and express themselves.
  • $100 would pay for a certified music therapist to spend 90 minutes with children from FSGC's therapeutic preschool children or Youth Development Program.
  • $1,000 would help support the Transitions to Adulthood Program, a program for teens and young adults with mental illness who are preparing to move into the community and live successfully on their own.

Every child deserves a happy childhood. Your gift provides top-quality mental health care so children and teens can live successful, self-sufficient lives. Make your tax-deductible gift today.
