Case Manager - Community Psychiatric Support & Treatment - Full-time

CPST Case Manager needed to work with severely emotionally disturbed children & their families.  CPST is a face-to-face intervention with the consumer present; however, family or other collaterals may be involved.  The majority of CPST contacts must occur in community locations where the person lives, works, attends school, and/or socializes.

Position Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree in mental health field preferred and/or equivalent experience.

*Experience providing services in a community based setting with knowledge of community resources is preferred.  

*Must possess ability to work independently; as well as, collaboratively. 

*Clear & effective communication skills required to provide service to families & community stakeholders. 

*People who are willing to transport children in their own vehicle within Shawnee County.

*Valid Kansas driver’s license, up to date car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

*Ability to pass a background and drug test.

* People who are reliable and can be counted on by the children. 

* People who are organized and able to manage difficult schedules and documentation.  

* People who are able to manage stressful situations and behaviors.

Electronic Medical Records Specialist/Administrative Reviewer - Full-time

 

 

 

JOB SUMMARY:
This position will provide support related to Electronic Medical Records training, process help desk, documentation, and administrative reviews as directed by the Director of Administration.

 

 

Essential Functions:
1. Word Processing – Including but not limited to communications
2. Provide software “help desk” services via BrightEHR Support email.
3. BrightEHR Cloud Implementation and Facilitation
4. Administrative Review Process and 10% Club
    • Review assigned reports identifying process issues.
    • Track and report administrative review results not limited to the following:
      o Clinical Progress Notes
      o Scanning
      o Word Processing
      o U & D Validity and Outcomes
      o On-Call Crisis Audit
5. Correction Form Process
6. Prepare External Audits for Review, track, and transmit.
7. Monitor MCO FTP and Portals to copy information to identified “drive” for access by responsible staff.
8. Monthly Report Summary
9. Back up to the Administrative Assistant / Outcome Specialist

Additional Responsibilities
Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Administration.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
This detail-oriented position requires outstanding typing skills, telephone, interpersonal, presentation skills, and the ability to work under conditions involving regular interruptions and changing from one task to another quickly. This position must be able to maintain a high level of organizational and time management skills. Flexibility and adaptability are necessary, as is the ability to work independently. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Products including Outlook, Explorer, Word and Excel. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Access, Crystal Reports, and Project Management is beneficial, but will train.

REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma or equivalent required. Prefer work experience working with electronic medical records system(s) and/or previous work experience in highly detailed work.

Must have valid Kansas driver's license, current auto insurance and a good driving record.  Hours are M-F 8:00am-4:30pm.

Revenue Cycle Clerk - Full-time

Family Service & Guidance Center is seeking a Revenue Cycle Clerk to join the Accounts Receivable team.  Position will primarily be responsible for precertification of Medicaid services but will cross train on Medicaid, commercial insurance and patient billing as well.   Must have excellent customer service skills.  Strong computer proficiency required including Word & Excel.  1 year experience in health care billing preferred.  Must be flexible, organized, willing to learn & enjoy working with numbers.  Position hours are M-F 8am-5pm.

Work Shift:  Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am (with 30 minute lunch break) or 3:30pm-12:30am (with 1 hour lunch break)

JOB SUMMARY:

This position requires ownership of the complete custodial responsibilities for all Agency facilities as directed by the Chief Financial officer. Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation. Must have the ability to work independently and as a team player.  Must be willing to follow direction, maintain a professional appearance and attitude.  Must have great attention to detail, willing to adjust and modify schedules to fit agency needs.  Requires the ability to operate and maintain building cleaning and maintenance equipment. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Custodial
  2. Daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal duties that include, but are not restricted to:
  3. Trash disposal
  4. Vacuuming
  5. Mopping
  6. Keeping restrooms spotless and supplied
  7. Floor buffing
  8. Immediate cleaning of carpet spills
  9. Routine carpet and upholstery cleaning on a rotating schedule
  10. Cleaning Windows
  11. Monitor supplies
  12. Complete inspection reports
  13. Perform nightly inspections of all facilities to ensure that all required processes have been properly completed.  Make corrections as needed.
  14. Work in close contact with the CFO and Facilities Coordinator regarding timing of special projects and any other communications regarding the cleaning process and crew..
  15. Provide a list of all needed supplies to the Purchasing Clerk in a timely manner to insure that all needed items are on hand at all times.

 

Requirements:  

High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years custodial experience required.

Working Conditions:

Position requires frequent manual labor. Working conditions can include working outside in all weather conditions. Requires lifting a minimum of 75 pounds. Job will require traveling from facility to facility as needs dictate.

Staff Clinician - Full-time

Family Service & Guidance Center, one of the Midwest’s leaders and an innovator in children’s mental health care, has an exciting opportunity available.

FSGC is accepting applications for the position of Staff Clinician. The Staff Clinician provides behavioral health services to youth at our state-of-the art campus. Staff Clinicians facilitate individual, family, or group psychotherapy processes to children and adolescents ages 7 to 18. Staff Clinicians are also responsible for completing admission assessments and work collaboratively with the client, family and treatment team to identify treatment goals, objectives and discharge criteria.

The Staff Clinician shall possess a master’s degree and have a valid license to practice at the clinical level (LSCSW, LCP, LP, LCMFT, LMSW, or LMLP) in the state of Kansas. This position will provide direct clinical services and must have experience working with children who have serious emotional disturbances and their families.

Individual 21 years of age and older needed to work one on one with Severely Emotionally Disturbed Children ages 5 to 17 in crisis house & community.

Position hours are: 2nd Shift Thursday - Monday 2:30-10:30pm 

Applicant must have a high school diploma & a combination of 2 years of documented experience & post-secondary education in a human services-related field. CRP ACP's must successfully pass background checks, motor vehicle screens, and possess a valid Kansas driver's license. A good driving record, proof of insurance and reliable transportation is necessary to complete job duties. A TB test is required to be on file before assignment to CRP shifts (agency pays for this).
